STEP 2 Application Screening
STEP 2 Applicants are informed of review results.
STEP 3 Interview
STEP 3 Two-phase interview process: first for expertise assessment; second, by executives.
STEP 4 Medical checkup
STEP 4 Successful interviewees are individually contacted for medical exam at designated hospitals.
STEP 5 Begin employment
STEP 5 All information will be provided and networking supported for starting work.

* Qualifications : Anyone with a minimum 4 years of job experience can apply.
(2 years required for holders of a master degree and no experience for PhD degree holders)

Hiring of overseas master or PhD degree holders

Overseas master or PhD degree holders are recruited through an annual open hiring. (Two years of job experience and no experience are required for master and PhD degree holders, respectively)
